• Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused and unworn.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

How to Start a Return

2. I’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Once I receive your return, I’ll process your refund or exchange.
