FAQs and Policies
How can I best care for my beaded jewelry?
While these pieces are sturdier than they may appear, they are still delicate and should be treated with love and care. Here are a few things that I would recommend in order to keep them in their best condition:
-Allow all lotions, hair products, and perfumes to fully dry before putting on your jewelry.
-Remove jewelry before swimming or bathing, and generally avoid submerging it in water. If this does occur, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth, and hang or lay flat allowing it to dry completely.
-Please avoid exercising or engaging in strenuous activity while wearing your jewelry, especially any that may result in snagging or tearing.
-Over time, you may notice some colors of beads have changed. This typically only happens to beads with metallic finishes, for example gold beads may appear rusted or oxidized. This is a completely normal part or regular wear and is beautiful in its own way, but you can help to slow this process by keeping your jewelry in a dry, airtight container away from direct sunlight when not in use, as well as following my previous recommendations. Please note that changing of bead color does not qualify as defective product, and will not be subject to reimbursement or replacement.
To summarize, while these handmade pieces are stronger than they seem, they are precious pieces of wearable art (and made of glass), and should always be worn mindfully. Thank you for reading!
What materials do you use?
I use the the highest quality Japanese glass beads on the market, known for their precision, vibrant color, and durability. These premium beads ensure every design is beautifully detailed and built to last. Each piece is finished with 14k gold-filled or sterling silver hardware that is hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and designed to maintain their luster through daily wear. The result? Jewelry that’s as enduring and comfortable as it is eye-catching.

I broke my jewelry :(
Sometimes, no matter how careful we are, life happens. No one has needed to take me up on it yet, but I will happily do what I can to repair your piece. Just send me an email with photos of the damage, and I will assess what can be done, provide you with a price estimate for the repair, and an approximate time frame in which I will be able to fix it. Please be prepared to pay for outgoing and return shipping, as well as the agreed upon price of the repair. Payment for the return shipping and repair will be required up front. Please do not ship your jewelry to me until I give you the okay to do so. I will provide the shipping address once the repair invoice is paid. I stand by all of my work and want you to be happy with your piece for as long as possible!
I lost an earring :(
Such a bummer! But don’t fret, I can often replicate a piece at half the cost of the original (because in this case you’re only buying one earring, not a pair). Please email me with the original order number and pictures of your jewelry, and we can work out the cost of the replacement piece plus shipping, and the timeframe in which I can complete it. This timeframe is subject to the availability of materials, such as the colors of beads needed.
